Soul Retrieval

Soul loss is when we lose a part of our vital and essential nature. "I'm not sure who I am anymore" or “ I seem to have lost the ability to trust people”. Soul retrieval is a classic Shamanic practice of returning and reuniting those lost parts with the person to assist healing. Soul Retrieval can be very usefully combined with counselling to allow you to rebuild your self-esteem and confidence once the soul parts have been returned to you. It can allow you space to discover and adjust to becoming fully whole again. Soul retrievals are more often an occasional treatment.
