Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy works on the underlying physical and emotional causes of illness. It is a gentle hands on therapy in which the therapist can identify areas of restriction and tension which occur as a result of physical knocks and injuries, stress and emotional trauma. These restrictions affect the body’s function and can give rise to both physical and emotional symptoms. Assists with migraine, neck back and shoulder pains, stress, glue ear, autism, colic, birth trauma (mum and or baby), sleeping problems and many other conditions. One consultation can help but a series of treatments is more usual.
